Athena - Exposure Calibration RERF - Guide

Use the built-in Exposure Calibration tool to find the best normal-layer exposure time for your resin.

The calibration prints six test tiles in one job, each using a different exposure time.

🧪 How It Works

  • Tile 1 uses the shortest exposure time.
  • Each following tile increases by the selected exposure increment.
  • Tile 6 uses the longest exposure time.
  • Compare all six tiles and choose the one with the best overall balance of detail and dimensional accuracy.

🔍 What to Look For

After printing, wash and dry the tiles thoroughly before evaluating them.

Check the:

  • Concepts3D logo and fine text
  • Holes and pins
  • Three-triangle alignment
  • 6 mm dimensional square
  • Fine raised lines and negative gaps

These features help show whether the resin is underexposed, correctly exposed, or overexposed.
