Athena - Exposure Calibration RERF - Guide
Use the built-in Exposure Calibration tool to find the best normal-layer exposure time for your resin.
The calibration prints six test tiles in one job, each using a different exposure time.
🧪 How It Works
- Tile 1 uses the shortest exposure time.
- Each following tile increases by the selected exposure increment.
- Tile 6 uses the longest exposure time.
- Compare all six tiles and choose the one with the best overall balance of detail and dimensional accuracy.
🔍 What to Look For
After printing, wash and dry the tiles thoroughly before evaluating them.
Check the:
- Concepts3D logo and fine text
- Holes and pins
- Three-triangle alignment
- 6 mm dimensional square
- Fine raised lines and negative gaps
These features help show whether the resin is underexposed, correctly exposed, or overexposed.
